Fernando Llorente Key has earned the Athletic Bilbao their first win of the season in Sunday's lunchtime derby at the Estadio Anoeta Basque.

Spain striker scored in each half to sink the Royal Society and won Marcelo Bielsa's first victory of his reign in the sixth time of asking.

Society had stabilized through amazing strike Iñigo Martínez defender from his own half, but overcame most of the match and had no response after the second of Llorente.

The visitors were first to threaten as a Markel Susaeta effort was deflected by goalkeeper Claudio Bravo pole and Javi Martinez walked to the corner.

Oscar De Marcos tried his luck from 30 yards but his shot Bravo held comfortably. Society broke upfield, but long-term David Zurutuza the strike was blocked by Carlos Gurpegi.

Iker Muniain made another strong save from Bravo, but Llorente made the discovery when De Marcos diagonal shot on 34 minutes.

Bilbao started slowly in the second period and Zurutuza shot over them before Martinez equalized shortly after the hour mark.

Spotted visiting goalkeeper Gorka Iraizoz off his line, which 20 years of age, flying from beyond the halfway line to score a spectacular goal first part of his career.

And at his side could have taken place moments later when Antoine Griezmann shot against the post, but soon fell behind and did not appear thereafter.

Llorente was the man to restore Bilbao lead on 70 minutes, volleying home from inside the penalty area after being chosen by Fernando Amorebieta.

Llorente and Andoni Iraola tried their luck from 25 yards in an attempt to kill the game off, but two goals were enough to break his duck Bielsa.
