REPORT:
Andrew Johnson hat-trick helped secure their first win Fulham in the Premier League season forcefully against west London rivals QPR.

While some feared the Cottagers may have problems with the aftermath of European efforts in midweek, was impressed and dominated compensation against their neighbors all within three kilometers of the road.

Johnson gave the locals the lead just 79 seconds and a good start continued when Danny Murphy shot from the point midway through the first period.

QPR looked poor in the performance of rivals for the first time since 2001, and the hope of getting their first victory over Fulham in 1983 were anything less restricted just before the break when Johnson hid his second of the afternoon.

The 30-year-old said he would leave Craven Cottage with Matchball in the 60th minute when quick hitch Murphy free-kick, before Clint Dempsey and Bobby Zamora completed the scoring 6-0.

The London derby started at a ferocious speed, with Shaun Wright-Phillips 20-yard curling effort forcing Mark Schwarzer to save in the first minute.

Fulham immediately launched an attack on the other end and opened the scoring.

Moussa Dembele played a neat one to two with Zamora before unleashing a powerful drive that Paddy Kenny could only divert Johnson, who finished with ease.

The fast start for the Cottagers game continued and almost doubled their lead immediately after Fitz Hall almost burst into his own net square ball Dempsey.

The U.S. international then saw an effort blocked by a problem goalbound last minute by Bradley Orr, and continued to attack the local machine, Johnson came incredibly close to compensating for his second of the afternoon after firing volley inches wide at from a Zamora header on 17 minutes.

However, Fulham did not have to wait long to score his second Kenny Johnson upended in the box and referee Andre Marriner was sentenced to 20 per minute, Captain Murphy duly converted.

The rings were struggling to cope with the local team's offensive philosophy and can not turn fleeting attacks chances.

Fulham, meanwhile, showed no signs of post-League hangover Europe and looked impressive in attack, with Steve Sidwell coming on 37 minutes.

And just a minute later, part of Jol grabbed a third of the afternoon, Johnson returned home in Zamora cross after keeping a cool head during a melee in the box.

QPR seemed traumatized, as it walked off at halftime and came out with two new faces like DJ Campbell and replaced Tommy Smith and Shaun Derry Adel Taarabt.

Warnock's attempts to Gee at his side seemed to be working at the start of the second period, with both Wright-Phillips and Alejandro Faurlin away shots.

However, Fulham were soon back in stride and Kenny was forced to save Zamora acrobatic effort on 58 minutes.

Sidwell had another shot from the corner and moments later Johnson said he would leave Craven Cottage with Matchball when Murphy hit a quick free-kick.
