REPORT:
Miroslav Klose grabbed a late winner to hand Lazio an impressive win at Fiorentina in the afternoon.
Fiorentina took a lead of eight minutes by Alessio Cerci, but Hernanes tied before the half hour mark and although Fiorentina seemed the most likely to snatch the three points, which was German international Klose headed the winner seven minutes from end.
Lazio entered the game in the back of a midweek defeat by 2-1 to Sporting Lisbon in the Champions League, while Fiorentina sought his third consecutive victory at home.
The hosts started strongly and took a deserved lead when Stevan Jovetic Cerci fed inside the box and drilled the ball past goalkeeper Lazio Federico Marchetti.
Lazio hit back on 28 minutes of their first real chance of the game.
Klose was Hernanes in the center of the area and came to a left-footed shot past goalkeeper Artur Boruc Fiorentina.
Hernanes should have put the visitors in front after five minutes but his powerful header from Klose cross was saved by Boruc.
